1 General Terms

Zbin (https://zbin.app) is an online gaming and betting platform. By accessing or using this platform, you agree to comply with all the terms and conditions set out below. If you do not accept these terms, please refrain from using Zbin.

2 Account Registration & Verification

To create an account on Zbin, you must provide accurate and complete information. Opening an account with false or misleading details is a violation of our terms and may result in account closure.

• Each individual may register only one account.
• You must provide your correct name, date of birth, and contact details during registration.
• A national ID card or passport may be required for account verification.
• Withdrawals will be restricted until the KYC (Know Your Customer) process is completed.
• Keep your password private and never share it with anyone.

You may not share access to your account with anyone else. Transferring or selling your account is also prohibited. If it is found that someone is using another person's account, both accounts will be closed.

3 Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

Zbin currently supports transactions via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. Deposits are usually credited instantly or within 10 minutes. Withdrawal processing times range from 15 minutes to 24 hours.

• Minimum deposit is ৳200 BDT.
• Minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
• Withdrawals must be made using a payment method registered in your own name.
• Withdrawals must be made using the same method used for the deposit (exceptions may apply in certain cases).
• Zbin reserves the right to verify any transaction flagged as suspicious.

If any amount is incorrectly credited due to a technical error, Zbin reserves the right to reclaim that amount. No withdrawals may be made from funds received as a result of such errors.

4 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

Zbin offers a variety of bonuses and promotional offers. Each bonus comes with specific terms that must be met. It is your responsibility to read and understand the bonus conditions.

• Wagering Requirement: The bonus amount must be wagered a specified number of times before any withdrawal can be made.
• The welcome bonus is available to new members only and applies to the first deposit.
• Claiming bonuses across multiple accounts from the same IP address or device is prohibited.
• Bonuses are generally valid for 7 to 30 days — this may vary depending on the specific offer.
• Zbin reserves the right to withdraw or modify any bonus at any time.

Any complaints regarding a bonus offer must be submitted to support@zbin.app within 48 hours. Complaints raised after this period may not be considered.

5 Gaming Rules & Fair Play

All games at Zbin are powered by certified Random Number Generators (RNG). Every game outcome is entirely random and not predetermined. Zbin does not interfere with the results of any game.

• The use of bots, automation software, or hacking tools of any kind is strictly prohibited.
• Exploiting game vulnerabilities or bugs to gain an advantage is a violation of our terms.
• Claiming bonuses through multiple accounts or manipulating games in any way is strictly prohibited.
• If a game result is voided due to a technical error, Zbin will refund the stake.

If a technical issue occurs during a game, that round may be voided and the stake refunded. However, Zbin is not responsible for any losses resulting from internet connectivity problems.

6 Responsible Gaming Policy

Zbin believes gaming is a form of entertainment — not a source of income. We encourage all our users to play responsibly.
